Fiat The story has taken on a sufficient scale to represent a watershed. It may seem a rhetorical form, but negotiations on Mirafiori and Pomigliano, both for the mutation radical industrial relations which they operate, and for, the contents in the field of rights and protections for workers, heavily influencing the future of the Italian production system and relations between the two sides. He is right that those who say we can not confine to "no" and that the CGIL has to assert its own autonomous proposal, but I do not think that this task can be fulfilled only by Fiom or worse by individual workers at the Fiat, undergoing what many call a real blackmail. I believe that in due
Cgil we will discuss what is happening and that you avoid the painful and constant exposure of the organization through a debate in the press as hard as unproductive. Yesterday
Antonio Mattioli, Regional Secretary of CGIL Emilia Romagna, has rightly asked that the next meeting of the Chambers of Labor will result "in a comparison of merit that exceeds the congressional opposition" on issues of bargaining and in particular the case of Fiat, adding that the time has come to "do what we did during the conference, because several armored vehicles in opposition to motions, and we do not do today, bound by an absurd and counterproductive armor."
I find a shared location and courageous, and I think that the CGIL has to renew its unity. Waiting to discuss as soon as the Fiat, and the more general attack on the system of labor relations and the national contract, in the Steering Committee of the CGIL, I think it useful to open all possible opportunities to exchange ideas within the organization. Useful and necessary.
